All prices and shipping charges on this store are shown in United States dollars (USD).

Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery to eligible addresses in the United States. Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia are opening soon and are not currently available at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping to the United States is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.

Root Reset, Root Oil and Root Mist

These ONDAVU personal-care formulas require 2 full working days for fulfilment before dispatch. Estimated delivery is then 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Root Pulse

Root Pulse is normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day. Mixed orders may be shipped separately, so you may receive more than one parcel and tracking number.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, peak periods and incorrect or incomplete addresses can extend transit times.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to become active after it is issued.

Customs duties and clearance charges

United States orders are currently fulfilled using shipping methods intended to include applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. You should not normally be asked to pay an additional customs-duty or clearance charge before delivery.

If a carrier or customs authority requests an unexpected payment, contact support@ondavu.com with a copy of the notice before paying so ONDAVU can investigate the shipment.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, contact us to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel has not arrived well beyond the estimated window, contact support@ondavu.com and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

After your order arrives

Root Pulse includes a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Root Reset, Root Oil and Root Mist are personal-care formula products and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Every product remains protected if it arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete; contact us as soon as possible.
