Ondavu started from a small, unglamorous observation: the part of a self-care routine people abandon first is the part that takes effort.
Scalp massage is a good example. Done with your fingers it is genuinely pleasant — for about ninety seconds, until your hands get tired. Done with a rigid tool it can feel like too much. So the routine gets skipped, and then skipped again, and then it is not a routine at all.
What we made
Root Pulse is a handheld electric scalp massager built around one idea: the intensity should be your choice, not the device's. Five adjustable vibration levels, a soft silicone scalp contact, and two clearly separated buttons so you can change the setting without taking it off your head.
It is USB rechargeable, it fits in the palm, and it comes in Black, White and Purple. That is the whole product. We would rather do one thing carefully than five things vaguely.
How we talk about it
Every specification on this site is one we can confirm for the exact unit we ship. Anything we cannot confirm, we leave off — which is why you will find the controls, the contact, the power source and the box contents spelled out plainly, and nothing about outcomes we cannot stand behind. Root Pulse is a cosmetic self-care device rather than a medical one. If you are dealing with sudden or persistent hair loss or a scalp condition, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
There is a Clear by design section on our home page listing exactly what is and is not included.
How we work
We are small. Every support email is read by a person. Each ONDAVU formula page publishes product-specific directions, ingredients and safety notes. Root Pulse includes a clearly published 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Every product is protected if it arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete.
Who we are
ONDAVU is operated by Ram Kishan, an individual proprietor, at House No. 38/25, Ram Gali, Old Sabzi Mandi, Bahadurgarh, Haryana 124507, India. We sell to customers in the United States and ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse.
