Root Pulse 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return Root Pulse for any reason by contacting us within 7 calendar days of the documented delivery date. This voluntary guarantee applies to Root Pulse only.

  1. Email guarantee@ondavu.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and include your order number.
  2. Wait for written authorization and the correct return address before sending anything.
  3. Send the complete Root Pulse with its supplied accessories and components using tracked shipping within 7 calendar days after authorization.
  4. For a standard money-back return, you pay the return postage. ONDAVU covers the reasonable authorized return cost if the item arrived damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete.

Opening Root Pulse for reasonable inspection or a brief trial does not by itself disqualify it. Once the authorized return is received and checked, ONDAVU refunds the full amount paid to ONDAVU for the returned Root Pulse to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Formula-product arrival protection

Root Reset, Root Oil and Root Mist are ONDAVU personal-care formulas supplied in ONDAVU packaging. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. They remain protected if they arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete. Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs or a short video where applicable.
