Products and pricing
All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). We may correct pricing errors and change prices before an order is placed. Product images represent the relevant product; minor variation in colour or finish can occur.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do. Availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed and dispatched.
ONDAVU personal-care formulas
Root Reset, Root Oil and Root Mist are ONDAVU personal-care formulas supplied in ONDAVU packaging and prepared for fulfilment after an order is placed. Fulfilment takes 2 full working days before dispatch, followed by estimated delivery of 4–7 working days. Once fulfilment has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, these formula products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but remain protected if they arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete and by any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Product information and responsible use
ONDAVU scalp and hair-care products are cosmetic self-care products. Root Pulse is a cosmetic scalp-massage device, not a medical device. No medical benefit, treatment outcome or hair-growth result is claimed or guaranteed. Individual experiences vary. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about persistent or sudden hair loss or any scalp condition.
Follow the directions supplied on the relevant product page and with the product. Stop use if you notice unexpected discomfort or a reaction. Keep products out of reach of children. Root Pulse is for dry use: keep it away from water and liquid products.
Shipping, returns and arrival protection
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and arrival issues are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
The voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee applies to Root Pulse only. To use it for any reason, contact ONDAVU within 7 calendar days of the documented delivery date and return the complete Root Pulse after receiving written authorization. Customer-paid tracked return shipping applies to a standard money-back return.
Root Reset, Root Oil and Root Mist are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. For any verified product that arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, ONDAVU will provide an appropriate remedy and cover the reasonable authorized return cost if a physical return is required.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the ONDAVU name, logo, text, images and page design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
